Why are FOXERS the best women's underwear?

FOXERS is an upscale women's underwear and apparel brand that takes both style and comfort into consideration when creating products. We create products that we LOVE, and know that you will too!

How were Foxers invented?
April Spring came up with this idea after seeing many women's thongs peeking above their jeans and she thought "If we only had the boxer band like men's boxers..." She took that light bulb moment and within 24 hours purchased men's boxers, cut the top bands off and stitched them onto women's underwear. Read the full story here.

How often do you new collections come out?
We like to offer our customers new collections as much as possible; new styles, items, colors and fun prints! We typically release 8-9 new collections per year. Our new collections feature a special printed cotton for our gathered waistbands and matching camisole straps. Our new collections are in limited quantities and will not be stocked. We also have year round favorites that we call our Basics, that are re-stocked every 45-60 days. Our basic collection features classic colors like white, black, ivory, red, gray and light blue. If you are looking for an item that is out of stock please email sales@foxers.com and let us know the item and size you are looking for and we will try to locate one for you!

How do I know what size I should purchase?
Please refer to our sizing chart (located at the bottom of the page or under sizing options), or call us at +1-757-214-9225 and we will be glad to assist you or answer any questions. Our items fit true to size, many women like to size up in in the boxer briefs and tomboy for a roomier and loose fit to wear for pajamas.

What is your address?

Can I order by mail, phone, or fax?
Placing your order through our website is recommended, but we can assist you by phone if you have questions. Feel free to call us at +1-757-214-9225, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST.

No, you may checkout as a guest. Though there are many benefits to signing up for an account:

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We cannot accept personal or cashier checks or money orders.

Are my items in stock?
The stock on our products vary by size, but are up to date to reflect whether it is in stock on the products page. If a product is out of stock in all sizes it is removed from the website. If you are looking for a certain size you can see all of the items in your size by using the size option check boxes on the side of the category page.

If you do not see an item or size your are looking for on our website, you may be able to find it in a boutique near you. You can locate a store in your area that carries FOXERS by using our Store Locator.

How do I care for my FOXERS?
We create products that are very well made and we stand by them! To help your FOXERS Lace Boxers last longer, machine wash on delicate/hand wash and lay flat to dry. Our cotton underwear and tops can be machine washed and tumbled dry. Wash cold for at least the first wash and remember that tumble dry with heat can cause shrinking of cotton.

How will my items be packaged?
Your order will be packed in a discrete white Mylar envelope or plain brown box with the return address of FOXERS ASD. Inside, the products are put into a reusable backpack like the one pictured below.

When will my order ship/How long will my order take to deliver?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We try to ship orders the same day they come in before noon Eastern US time. If your order is time critical, we suggest that you upgrade to 2-Day or Overnight shipping. If you upgrade, your order would arrive in 1-3 business days. Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as the are restocked.

How will my order ship?

We ship around the entire world with a few exceptions. Please visit our sites for these countries here

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping for both domestic and international orders. See our Shipping Page for all rates and details.

How can I track my order?
Your order status is visible in your account or by the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

How do I return an item?
Return instructions are included with every order. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of your delivery date. Please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy to see which items can be returned. If eligible items are returned past 30 days of delivery, different rules will apply; see Return and Exchange Policy for complete details. Please make sure that all hygiene rules have been followed per our return policy, or we may not accept the return.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is not due to an error on our part (you received the correct merchandise, but would like a different size/color, or no longer want the item), you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

When will my credit card show the refund for the items I return?
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit card statement to show the refund. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, please consider exchanging the items you received, instead of returning.

No, Foxers does not have any retail stores. However, you can find many of our items at a wide variety of retail stores and boutiques, click here to find one closest to you.

Do you have a gift or bridal registry?
We have a Wish List that you can send to your friends. But we do not have a "registry" that other people can sign in to see the items you wold like.

Choose from a wide variety of styles including: thong panties, hip huggers, booty shorts, boy shorts, boxers or briefs to print on the waistband or on the body of our printable blank/customizable underwear. For more details see our Custom Underwear Page.

Are your boxers underwear, pajamas or lingerie?

All of the above! Why should we be conformed to choose to be sexy but uncomfortable or comfy but frumpy? Foxers gives you the ability to feel comfortable but still look and feel beautiful! We love wearing them everyday, to bed, to workout, lounging around the house in and even swimming! Our lace boxers and lace camisoles make a sexy lingerie set that is also very breathable and comfortable. Try all of our styles, you might find that one style is your favorite but we are sure you will love them all for different reasons!

Are the pockets on your men and women's boxers functional?
Not only do they look stylish but they are completely functional. Great for holding your phone, a key or gym/debit card while you go for a run or workout. They are very convenient for when you are hanging out around the house in your underwear. Our new moms tell us they are the perfect stash spot for holding pacifiers.

Are your women's boxer briefs really wedgie proof?
We are not making any claims, but we hear from many women that they are, here are a couple quotes from customer reviews:

The crotch on our boxer briefs and tomboys is wider then our other styles and designed to be extremely comfortable.

Does your women's underwear have a gusset/panty liner? 
Yes all of our panties, including our lace boxers, are designed with a gusset/cotton panty liner.

Can you wear the women's boxers as shorts?
Well, that's really a personal preference. Most women like to wear them as shorts around the house, but throw something over them when leaving the house. Our tomboy boxers are bit longer and less form fitting than our boxer briefs and boyshorts and fit similar to athletic shorts, so you might feel more comfortable wearing those out, though to each is own!

Are the tank tops supportive?
Our tank tops are designed with a built in shelf bra, which offers a great amount of support but not quite as much as a bra. They are great for sleeping, lounging around the house or adding extra support while exercising.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
For the Holidays we do offer gift wrapping for $5 per item, which can be added to your order just before checkout. Your gifts will be wrapped and ready to be given when you receive your package!
